The Warren

Verses

"Untitled," by Gini Dicken

Cant condemn and cant condone,
Can only try to see
What it is in our lives that makes
Us think so differently.
Each one shows me something new.
I feel a power pushing me
To change my point of view.
You make me look more closely
At the truths that I believe.
Some of them I will hold to tight,
And some Ill choose to leave.
I thrive upon our differences;
They make me realize
That who I amís not set in stone.
At least, not in your eyes.
My faith I can defend.
I cant condemn and cant condone;
Can only call you friend.
