  When a scion uses this power she creates a wave of sonic energy that can knock those effected reeling. The power is activated by the scion making some type of sound, be it a clap of the hands, sword on shield, staff tapped on the floor or even just a spoken word. The power effects one target within 15 yards per 10 points of the scion's bloodline strength. Those effected are stunned for a number of rounds depending on their current hit point total. Targets with 1-25 hp are stunned for 4-16 rounds, those with 26-50 hp are stunned for 2-8 rounds, and those with 51-75 hp are stunned for 1-4 rounds. Targets that have a current hit point total of 76 or more are unaffected by the power. There is no saving throw against this power. Targets that are stunned are able to take no action except to weakly defend themselves if attacked. Such targets have a four point penalty to their AC and may not attack or cast spells until the effects wear off. The power may be used once per day.
