Detect Magic (Minor)

The blooded character will sometimes get a tingle in the back of his neck, when confronted with magic of any nature. He will not know where the magic is coming from, meerly that it is near. Whenever confronted with magic, the character should make an intelligence check to see if the blood power activates.
