This power is a minor form of the great power elemental control. The power allows the scion to summon a stationary arm made from pure element. The arm, which actually resembles a tentacle, must be summoned from an appropriate amount of the particular element. The arm has a reach of 10 feet plus one foot per level of the scion, and can attack anything within that range with either a bludgeoning or grappling attack, using the scion's THAC0. The arm has an AC 6, hp equal to the scion's bloodstrength, and gets one attack per round. The damage caused by the arm is determined by the scion's bloodline strength as follows. Arms created by scions with a tainted bloodline strike for 1d6 or constrict for 1d3 hp damage per round, those made by a scion of minor strength strike for 1d10 hp or constrict for 1d6 hp damage per round, those of major strength strike for 1d12 or constrict for 1d8, those of great strength strike for 2d8 or constrict for 1d10, and those of True bloodline strength strike for 2d12 and constrict for 2d6. If the arm attacks to constrict and hits, it will hold on and do the constricting damage every round, +1 hp per consecutive round past the first, every round without needing to roll to hit again, and has a grip strength equal to 18(56). The arms can hit creatures that can only be hit by +1 or better weapons, and are themselves immune to normal weapons and attacks, except those attacks using the opposite element of the arm. One arm may be summoned per 3 days and lasts until destroyed or one round per level of the scion. The type of arm that may be summoned is as per the elemental control power.
