This power allows the scion to understand, speak and read any language. The scion need only invoke the power and all who speak to her or anything she reads will be understood. The scion may also touch any number of targets while the power is in effect to allow them to understand her as well. The power lasts for one hour for tainted lines, two hours for minor lines, three hours for major lines, four for great and six for true bloodlines. Note that this power can sometimes (20% chance per use) even decipher magical writings. The power does not allow the scion to use the magic in the writings, unless she could normally do so. The power may be used once per day.
