This power allows the scion to summon
forth a spirit of the animal that is attuned to his bloodline. The spirit
appears instantly when called and will follow the mental commands of the
scion without question for two rounds per level or until dispelled by a
dispel magic or physical damage, or is successfully turned as an spirit
of HD equal to the scion's. All of the different spirits share some similar
statistics, unless noted differently below: AC:4, HD:hp equal to the scion's
bloodstrength, THAC0:15, #of attacks:1, Damage:2d4,
can be hit only by +1 or better weapons,
and may hit creatures hit only by +1 or better weapons. The animal spirit
may be summoned once per week and appears as a slightly ghostly version
of the particular animal. The different animals are noted below, along
with any exceptions or special attributes.
Azrai: Serpent, Move:6, may climb
trees as normal move, bite injects poison, save or take additional 2-12hp
damage.
Anduiras: Loin, Move:15, # of attacks:3,
Damage:2-5/2-5/2-8.
Basaia: Eagle, Move:6/24A, Distance
sight.
Brenna: Cat, Move:18, Nightvision.
Masela: Dolphin, Move:24swim, sonar
Reynir: Wolf, Move:18, Tracks as
a 5th level ranger.
Vorynn: Owl, Move:6/24A Nightvision.
