A character gifted with this power has the ability to produce a fireball (as per the 3rd level wizard spell, targets may not save for half damage) from his fingertips. As a major power the character can produce a 3d6 fireball once per day. The character that has this as a great power can produce a 3d6 fireball twice per day. At great level the regent can also create an effect similar to the wizard spell fire shield that can only be used against physical and flame attacks once per day. The character with this ability (either major or great) is permanently affected by a protection from fire as well. The main drawback to this is the fact that anyone with this power also takes double damage from cold-based attacks.
