Undetectable Lie (Major, Great)

The regent can use this power three times a week, but it wont always work. As a major ability, the blooded character can tell lies that are somewhat believable - but that the person might be enclined not to believe. He makes a charisma check (modified by DM), and if he passes his lie is believed. As a great ability, he can do the above but the lie dosnt have to be believable. This dosnt work on blooded individuals.
MAJOR EXAMPLE: "Sorry, I didnt mean to end up in your royal treasury.
I was just wandering around and stumbled in.. I was about to leave."
{Make a Charisma check at -3}
GREAT EXAMPLE: "These broken pot shards, amazingly worked as you
can see, mean quite abit to me. However, im in need of the money and so
I will part with them...... for 300gp"
{Make a Charisma check at -5 or -6}
Note: This just makes what you're saying believable, it doesn't effect the person in anyway.. He'll think the pot shards are really worth that much, but might not buy them anyway.
