In the adventure series of modules that began wit COSMOS CUBED, there
were
rules published to create cosmic characters. I will summarize here.

1. The adventure is formed around the premise that all characters are
going
to be cosmic OR of a high power level like Thor. The point cost is not as
important for such a campaign as everyone... including many villans have
similar power levels.

2. The creation process does NOT change at all. Create a character as
normal... then grant the power cosmic. A great note for the Judge here is
that the Characters with poor abilities benifit more from this system so
this
may be a way to reward characters who roleplayed bad characters well in
groups where they are outshined.

3. Once you have the character created do the following!
     A. Raise the HIGHEST ability score to Unearthly!
     B. Raise All other abilities the same number of ranks (ie. +1 CS, +3
CS
etc.)
     C. Raise all other powers an equal number of ranks and use the
standard
rank numbers but no power may exceed Shift X!
     D. Bestow BONUS powers of Unearthly flight and Shift Z life support!
Characters who already possess thes powers are out of luck... NO
SUBSTITUTIONS!

4. Once the above adjustments are made you can adjust HEALTH with the new
attributes, but the KARMA DOES NOT ADJUST. Keep the originally rolled
karma.

5. The great thing about the power cosmic in the Marvel Univers and the
game
is that this is GRANTED! Whenever the Judge can find a reason he may
grant or
take away the power cosmic. Heck even Spiderman had it for a while (and
so
did Rick Jones I think)
