Returning Stars

Julie James

Love (thats what she lies to be called-so I will comply like the nice person I am=) will be returning as Julie James, the brilliant law student whos grades went sour after her friends and her killed a man and then cover the whole thing up. After going through the whole thing where the guy they supposedly killed-tried to kill them because when they dumped him in the water he wasn't dead and so he came back pissed and two of her friends get killed and they think that the killer is dead too-Julie finds herself back in school with a much happier life and on the Deans list. Well, soon-things go bad again, because this guy isn't dead and he is back to finish what he started.

Ray Pruitt
(Freddie Prinze Jr.)

Freddie is also back as Julie's boyfriend, Ray. The poor cute sensitive guy that was accused as being the killer fisherman in the last movie. I'm sure he and Julie will stay together in this one-but like what happened to Helen and Barry--they'll most likely be killed this time since he and Julie after all, did basically but his hand off and I am sure he is pissed as hell.

Fisherman Killer

Yep, Muse will be returning as the pissed off killer in I know what you did last Summer 2. He is sure to do more brutal murders this time since he isn't just holding the hook. I'm sure since his hand was severed off by a rope in the last IKWYDLS, he will have a hook imbedded into the place where his former hand would have been. And if someone ran into you with their car, threw you into the ocean, threw you off a boat and cut off your hand in doing so-I think you'd be pretty mad and want to get rid of these people and anyone else in their lives.

Deb
(Rasool J'Han)

In the previous film, Rasool played Deb, Julie's room mate. We didn't see much of her in the movie, just when we see Julie at her college for those few seconds. Assumably she'll be playing a girl at Julie's college again. But with reports saying that Brandy's character will be Julie's (Jennifer Love Hewitt) new room mate-where does that leave Deb? Maybe its a three person dorm room-or maybe shes in one room over now or something. Either way, Deb was a funny character in the first and I'm glad to see her returning.

Newcomers

Brandy Norwood
Rap, TV and Movie star Brandi will join the cast of IKWYDLS 2 which started filming this May. As to what role she will be playing? No idea, but most likely a friend of Julie's from college that gets involved with all the killings and stuff because of her direct involvement with Julie. Her credits include: Cinderella (1997) & horror movie Arachnophobia (1990). Brandy also has her own TV Series which she is the star of called Moesha. And she also has put out record albums.

Mekhi Phifer
Mekhi is another star which has signed on to do the sequel to I know what you did last Summer. He'll probably play the part of Brandy's boyfriend in the movie-no word on if thats the role he'll be portraying-but I mean, its basically a no-brainer. Mekhi's other film credits include: Clockers (1995), Girl 6 (1996), High School High (1996), Hell's Kitchen (1997) and Soul Food (1997).

Jennifer Esposito
Well, although my sources told me that it was a Laura Esposito that would be staring in IKWYDLS 2, but that currently she was staring in the ABC sitcom, Spin City. Well, there is no Laura Esposito in Spin City, but there is a Jennifer Esposito in it-so I'm guessing it was just a typo on their part. Now, since there was that mix up, dont quote me on her being in the movie, ok?=) Anyways, her film credits include: The City (1995) TV Series; Spin City (1996) TV Series; Brooklyn State of Mind (1997); A Brother's Kiss (1997); Kss Me, Gudio (1997) and No Looking Back (1998). Notable TV guest appearances are: New York Undercover (1994) and Law & Order (1996).

Jeffery Combs
Reports I've read claim that Jeffery Combs is in the film and is to play some type of rogueish guy. Maybe a kind of psycho teacher that is suspected of the killings, I don't know for sure yet. I also heard on one of his fan sites that he just finished filming the movie-so I'd kinda say he is most likely in the film. If you dont know who Jeffery Combs is, he has been in several other horror movies, which are: Frightmare AKA Horror Star (1982) , Re-Animator (1985), Cellar Dweller (1988), Bride of Re-Animator AKA Re- Animator 2 (1989)

NEW! In breaking news, Dawn at The Official Jeffrey Combs Fan Club says that Jeffrey's character in I Still Know's name is Mr. Brooks and that Combs was brought in at the last minute to play the character. Ok-well, at least thats something new=)

Red West
Red West is one of the latest to be known to be in I Still Know. With his age and all, he might be a professor in their college or some one down in the bahamas-I dont know yet-but as soon as I do you'll be the first to know=) Red was recently in The Rainmaker and his other horror works include Natural Born Killers with Juliette Liews and Woody Harrelson. He has been in show biz for a while so he should be a great addition to the cast!

David Benton
The latest newcomer which has been reported to be on the cast list is David Benton. I'm not sure what he'll be playing-but this isn't his first horror film by far. Actually, he has been in quite a few of them including a guest spot on a Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode. His horror movie list is: Night of the Dead (1993), Sorority House Murders, The (1993), Summerhouse Slaughter (1989), Vampire Knights (1987), Gory Graduation (1982). Quite impressive I think. At any rate, in my humble opinon-I think he is a great addition and glad to see him added.

Matthew Settle
Newcomer Matthew Settle has also signed onto the cast list of I Still Know, he hasn't been apart of many movies so I couldn't find a picture of him anwhere, but here are some of his film credits: Return of Alex Kelly, The (1997) -made for TV movie; Justice League of America (1997) TV Series; What Happened to Bobby Earl? (1997) -made for TV movie and Matthew will also be in a movie called Ed TV in 1999 that is directed by Ron Howard and stars: Matthew McConaughey, Ellen DeGeneres, Jenna Elfman, Woody Harrelson, Dennis Hopper, Elizabeth Hurley, Martin Landau, Rob Reiner. If he is going to star with all those big stars-he has got to be good!

Who's Making It?
Trey Callaway has been signed to do the script which I believe is done or almost fniished at the moment. Disapointingly, Kevin Williamson who wrote the screenlpay for the first I know what you did last Summer was too busy wiht other projects to write the second. And directing the film will be Danny Cannon who also directed Judge Dredd.
