"Debbie" first shows up about the same time Gale does to get the full story on whats going on with the new string of murders. She meets up with Gale and is brown nosing so much I didn't think there was going to be anything to pry her from Gale's ass! It was quite funny though. Gale gets pissed at her for always being in he rway and starts letting her attitude show to her.

She pops up many times here and there trying to pry information about whats going on out of Gale-but we all know Ms Weathers=) You can't get anything out of her! We finally see her again when Gale finally gets out of the building where she just saw Dewey get murdered in and goes to a pay phone to call the police. Thats when "Debbie" some how takes Gale and shows up when Mickey is terrorizing Sidney. It turns out that "Debbie Salt" is actually Billy's mother--Mrs. Loomis and she came back to whoop Sidney's ass for killing her son! She finally gets hers though when all goes wrong and Sid gets to kick her ass=) It seems touch and go there for a while htough, Gale is unconsious and 'Debbie' is offering stuff to Cotton which seem like deals he cant refuse. But Sidney promises she'll do a talk show with Cotton and he shoots her in the throat. Then just to make sure the bitch is dead, Sid shoots her in the middle of the head just like she finally finished off her son.
