Hallie is Tatum's replacement, Sid's new best friend. She is also Sid's room mate in her college dorm and is going to college to study psychology. She thinks she can help Sidney get through her troubled past from what she learned so far in her classes-but Sid doesn't think she needs any help. Hallie is also rushing a sorority and wants Sidney to go along with it all with her. She thinks that would also help get out of her shell and get out and have some fun. She goes to a sorority party and Hallie and the sisters try constantly with everything they have to get Sid to join-but its just not her thing.

When the killer strikes back-Hallie sticks by Sid just like Tatum did--and just like Tatum- her fate was sealed by Ghostface. Hallie goes with Sid to the private unknown location to get away but Ghostface is way head of them. He slams his car into the car they are in causing both police officers to have fatal deaths when the car finally comes to a stop. Ghostface gets in to drive them but plows into something and Ghostface appears to be passed out. In a very antagonizing scene for the audience Sid and Hallie have to climb over Ghostface to get out of the car. It seemed as if that scene would take forever to be over-but finally it was and they were both out of the car safely. They run down the road but Sid wants to go back to see who it was. Hallie tells her its stupid-but Sid goes anyways and finds out he's gone! When Sid looks back to tell Hallie--Ghostface jumps out from behind Hallie and kills her right in front of Sid's eyes!
