Randy is the geeky guy thats been fired from Blockbuster a few times, who knows his horror movies. Randy thinks that if the police would just watch a few movies that they would be able to solve everything thats going on.

After giving everyone his 'horror movie rules' and then telling them that their principal is dead-he is one of the few people who were left at Stu's party late that night. The killer almost attacks him while he is watching Halloween on the couch in the living room-but he is deterred when he hears Sidney scream outside.

A while later Randy comes up to Sidney telling her that he has seen Tatum dead and that he thought Stu did it. Then Stu runs up and says Randy is the one who is the killer. Sidney gets confused and says "Fuck you both!" and then slams the door leaving Randy out there by himself. Sidney gets inside and her supposed to be dead boyfriend comes tumbling down the stairs and takes the gun from her and lets Randy in. A second later-they know Billy is in on the whole thing and he shoots Randy in the shoulder.

But good old Randy isn't dead! He is a virgin-he can't die!
