HOW? Casey, like Tatum, is in the garage as she hasn't died yet and has realized that ghostface is going to kill her so she tries to escape but unfortunatley she can't get through the cat flap and as ghostface starts it up it gets stuck so he climbs underneath and slices her throat whilst she is half elevated in the air!

HOW? While at their lockers at school, he will sneak up behind them, and stab them both a the same time with a knife in each hand.

HOW? First when he comes to kill her she would go back to the refridgerator and get more beer bottles. Then when he comes to get her, she would throw five beer bottles at him. Then she has five left. So when the other killer comes for her, she would throw the other ones at him. Then they both would be dead. She comes over where they are and starts pulling off the masks. She sees one is Stu, so she slaps him and hits Billy then she would get out of there and say "Losers"

HOW? She would call them on the phone and say "Guess whos come back from the dead to kill your sorry motherfucking ass?" Then Casey and Tatum would jump on them unexpectidedly and stabbing them, so their insides would be falling off them after that Tatum said "See, I told you that I wanted to be in the damn seqeul!" and she and Casey laughed and faded away.

HOW? She'd grab him by the neck throw him against the wall..cut his fingers,then his arms,then throw him against the garage door,and stab him 13 times then put him in the garage door open it it and close it until his guts fall out and hang him from the roof....then play a little of shooting practice with a rifle.
