An American Werewolf in London is the BEST werewolf movie I've ever seen. Like I've said before, I am a total slasher girl, I love the slasher movies and I'm usually not all that interested in the other movies like werewolf ones or vampire ones or mummy ones, but like From Dusk till Dawn this movie gives me hope for the monster movies. If you haven't seen this great movie yet, get your ass to the nearest video rental store and rent it! Believe me, if you like gore, this is the movie for you! And the effects when he turns into a werewolf are great! It definitely tells us you don't need computers and all that stuff to do a good werewolf transformation scene cause all they use was latex and make-up and it came out wonderful!

The story revolves around two friends Jack and David backpacking through Europe, but there little vacation is cut short when they stumble into a little town near London and into a pub called The Slaughtered Lamb, people in there are very rude to them and when they ask what's with the pentacle on the wall, they abruptly kick them out but tell them to beware of the moon and the mores. Well, they get to talking and stumble right on to the mores and suddenly hear wolf cries near them. They try to get away from were they are coming from but the cries seem to follow them and then they are attacked by the Werewolf and Jack gets killed and David gets bit and then is unconscious for days and wakes up in a hospital. Thats all I am saying, if you want to see what all the fuss is about go to the video store and rent it, they should have it at most stores.
