The whole time I was growing up I kept hearing from people around me that quote, "The
Exorcist was the scariest movie I ever saw!" But frankly to tell you the truth, I didn't think
it was all that great, I mean, I didn't find it scary at all. But thats just my opinion though,
dont take my word for it-see it on your own.
Another reason why I dont think I liked the movie too much is because of the whole
Satan/God/Priests thing. I dont do too well with that stuff so I was kinda bored with the
movie because of that. But it was cool how Reagan was acting. I mean, she was so evil it
became a little freaky at times. And she definitely got freaky deaky when
she was ramming a cross up her....well, you know what. That grossed me out personally. That was more
sick than the whole infamous pea-soup throw-up scene. The ending wasn't all that great
either. I'm sorry for ragging the film. There are a lot of people who consider it as one of
the greats-I dont know how though. Also I've said before too-I'm more partial to the
slasher flicks. But please, if you haven't seen the movies before-go rent it and form your
own opinion. But dont going buying it as I did with out seeing it first. That was $12 I
could have spent on something else.
