Nightmare on Elm St. 5: The Dream Child

Its a Boy!

Nightmare 5 brings back the remaining two of the gang from Nightmare 4. Yes, Alice is back and her and Dan are in a hot and heavy relationship and are just graduating from High School in Springwood with a new group of friends. As the movie starts, Alice is starting to have her weird dreams again, but they aren't exactly about Freddy until she gets lost on the way to work in a dream and Freddy is brought back from his grave in the chapel his was killed by Alice in, in the previous Nightmare film. She freaks out when she gets to work and calls Dan who is at a pool graduation party with their friends and on the way to the dinner, Dan gets killed in a car accident by Freddy.

After seeing Dan burning in his truck, Alice passes out and awakens in the hospital to find out she is pregnant with Dan's baby. Both of them were awake when Dan was killed, so how is Freddy getting to them? This really is a classic Nightmare, and really does the early 90's and late 80's justice. I guess it may be one of my faves cause thats when I did most of my growing up=), but it does have quite a good story line and we get to learn more about how Freddy was born to his nun mother, Amanda Krueger.
