The Stand is yet another written by Stephen King, and its this incredible story that
I think everyone should see or read! I haven't read the book yet, but I did tape the
movie off of TV when they showed it.

I am only going to tell you this. Its about a plague that seems just like the regular old cold when you get it-but soon after you die! And the whole world has got it! All thats left is the old lady that everyone is dreaming of-the evil man-and those chosen to survive.

Its the ultimate stand between good and evil.

I encourage all of you to go and rent it at your local Blockbuster!
It is a terrific movie....just a little long. It runs about 7 hours=)

The Stand gets

Hardcover	As with all Stephen King books, The Stand, the novel version is said to be much better than the movie. I haven't personally read it myself yet-but with personal experience with other Stephen King novels and the movies made about them I'm going to have to go with the general consensus.
