Hair: Waist length hair, totally black seems to absorb all surrounding light, with white spots in it like stars in the darkest night.

Personality: Darkstar is bitter toward the Askani because she blames their dream for stealing her daughter and husband from her. She has not had an easy life, and this comes out in a sarcastic and very cynical nature. She does not speak like a lady or a politician...she always speaks her mind and tends to talk like a soldier. Since the death of her family, she became more of a loner then ever and does not trust at all easily. Although she will not admit it to a soul, she does do the right thing and not for profit. She is one who wishes she could believe in something other then herself, but always finds she cannot.

Powers: A solid stream of black energy with white stars through it (think Sunspot). She has great control over this power, but uses it only as her "ace in the hole", she much prefers a good gun and good aim instead.

Origin: Born in Cable's future to an illegal band of mutants...her mother a prostitute not allowed to have children and her father the Fourth Horsemen of Apocalypse Death, Darkstar learned early how to survive anything. Born with only one leg however, made this exceptionally challenging. Bearing the illegal tatoo on her upper arm showing her to be an outcast in the shape of a bloody claw, Darkstar learned to hide both her tatoo and her deformity. She learned quickly how to steal when her mother died of a plague when she was three, she quickly stole enough to buy herself a bionic leg. She never saw her absence of a leg as a crutch, just another thing to bear and get on with. She has since had a bionic leg that she hide much in...preferring to use her leg as a weapon instead of just a tool to help her walk. She was an uneducated child until she ran into Slym Dayspring at an early age and made a deal with him...her education for an army for his son. Slym agreed and taught her to read, never realizing that she would actually accomplish what she had said she would. After Slym taught her she left the Dayspring's lives until she one day appeared with an army of 3,000 illegal troops at her back and saved Cable's and the other Askani's lives. She killed her father that day...although it assuaged her loneliness not one bit. She joined the Askani fight to pay back the debt she owed to Slym although she could have cared less about the Askani dream. She then met her husband..a healer and one of the most dedicated of the Askani. They fell in love and later took in a small girl who had been the only survivor of her village. For a time she was content...until her daughter and husband got killed during the same battle that claimed Aliya. Since she was the informant to give them the faulty information, Darkstar felt much guilt over this and retreated from the Askani and all they stood for. A double blow to this was that her daughter had been pregnant with Tylor Dayspring's child and they were to be married. Darkstar then went and started a brothel/bar and started leaking good information to Cable and what was left of his rebels.

Notes: Darkstar is a complex character that really can't be described in anything but writing, so if it seems a little bit of a stilted history and description that is why. This character was created by me and my sister Lady Luck, so she should share the credit as well...I just worked with the ideas we had already created and wrote them down.

Personality: Alleigh is hot-headed and extremely opinionated when it comes to the evil Jean/Scott entity. Otherwise she is easy to get along with and has made friends with the rest of the X-Men.

Powers: She is an External - she is technically 29 but died when she was 18. She has several powers including - telepathy, telekinses, magnetic powers, plasma blasts, teleporation, flight, super strength and a telepathic, healing ability. She has a limited knowledge of sorcery that she learned from her mother when she saw her. Since Alleigh has many powers because of her rich mutant background.

Origin: Alleigh is the daughter of Wanda Maximoff and Christopher Summers. She is from the future. She was raised by her brother Scott and his wife Madelyne Pryor-Summers. She came back to the past and found out that her "mother" Maddie was dumped and died because of her brother [Scott]. She has a great hatred for the Jean/Scott entity and because of that reason she refuses to join the X-Men. Alleigh lives at the mansion and will in extreme cases help the X-Men save the world, as long as she doesn't have to be near the self-righteous Scott. When Alleigh first came back to the past she joined up with the Acolytes and her grandfather [Magneto]. Magneto was a good guy in her world, and while with the Acolytes she formed a friendship with Colossus.

Origin: Abby Smith is the mutant daughter of two Vietnamese immigrants. She isn't confident in herself so she is very distant from the other teens. Despite this, she is a very good artist. She discovered her abilities when at a art fair demo she drew a dragon and it came to life. She saved everyone when she drew ice to stop the dragon. She is fairly awkward and semi-clumsy but is very intelligent for her age. She is currently at the Massachusetts Academy studying to harness her powers with the Generation-X team.

Personality: Bellicose is quick to accept people as "good guys" but just as quick to hate them if they betray her trust. In conflict with her powers, she is actually a very nice person. She cares a great deal about what others think of her and always tries to think well of others. At night, though, she has terrible nightmares about a girl who killed herself when Bellicose's powers first manifested. No one can bear to sleep in the same room as her so she usually sleeps in attics or basements. She's not afraid to be alone and actually like it at times, just to be sure that she will not hurt anyone.

Powers: Bellicose is a synonym for warlike and that describes her powers exactly. She has the power to make people aware of their worst faults and to make them experience their deepest fears. People can either kill themselves or go mad when she uses her powers out of rage or fright, when she uses it to it's fullest.

Origin: Deidania, "DD" for short, was born in the Dominican Republic but left when she a man started to stalk her. He had decided that she would be his perfect wife and would not leave her or her family alone. Even though she had been very close to her family, she knew she had to leave or the man, Hecter, would never leave them alone and he was a gang leader. When she had been alone for a while, she discovered her powers and she went back to save her family.

Notes: DD has never been without nightmares and has never told anyone, expecially her parents, about the night she first found her powers and caused a girl to kill herself.

Personality: Keri is highly intelligent, generally friendly and easy-going, and has a strong moral sense. She is very loyal to those she considers friends. She has no particular desire to do the spandex duke-it-out thing, but wants to be well equipped to deal with it since it looks like she has to.

Powers: Keri is an extremely powerful clarivoyant and clairaudiant, capable of seeing and listening to events happening anywhere on Earth that isn't psi-shielded. She also has excellent night vision, has a strong resistance to telepathy, and can see at most a minute or two into the future, which she has honed to give her an edge in combat.

Origin: Keri was recruited by Emma Frost into her Hellions shortly after she first manifested her powers. She soon learned of Frost's true nature, but by that time had made friends with some of the less corrupt members of the team, and so stayed on in hopes of combating Frost's influence.

Personality: Ryan was raised in an aristocratic family and has always been expected to live up to their high standards. He is an obsessive over-achiever and loves the limelight and attention associated with being the best! He is very poised and confident, at least on the outside. On a deeper level, he is very troubled by who and what he is, and his mutantcy is just one aspect of himself that he has to hide. He does so behind an air of smug superiority and a healthy dose of charm and flirtatiousness. These serve as a convenient mask to hide the pain and self-doubt that gnaw away at him from within and his deep-rooted fear that his world will shatter when his secrets are revealed.

Powers: Ryan possesses the mutant ability to absorb the ambient psionic energy within a 15 foot radius. Once absorbed this energy is converted into a unique form of solid psionic energy which he can project from his body. This solid psionic energy field can be shaped into any form her can imagine and is incredibly durable. In addition, Ryan and his solid energy constructs can automatically absorb any psionic energy directed towards him. Ryan also possesses a unique form of telepathy. By focussing, Ryan can sift through the stray thoughts that he continually absorbs.

Origin: Ryan is the eldest son of a New England senator. He is also the favorite nephew of Carol Danvers. Ryan grew up amidst privilege and prestige and has been groomed to be the heir to his father's legacy. While attending boarding school, Ryan's mutant powers manifested, destroying his dorm room and nearly killing his best friend. Frightened and ashamed of his son's mutantcy, Ryan's father sent him to a "clinic" designed to repress Ryan's mutant powers. For months, Ryan has been kept drugged to the point where he could handle the constant psionic input of his mutant powers. Having finally been released from the "clinic", Ryan has been sent away to a prestigious performing arts academy in NYC. Dependent upon his power-dampening drugs and horrified at the prospect of again being institutionalized, Ryan must find a new source for his drug addiction or another way to deal with his overwhelming mutant abilities.

Personality: Elena grew up without any sort of parental figure or friend, isolated from others by those who raised her. As a result of this and her more recent nomadic lifestyle, Elena is very closed and emotionally distant with trouble expressing her feelings. That same lifestyle has also made her extremely independeant as she has been forced to survive on her own since she was a child. However, this often translates into her often being too stubborn for her own good; refusing to ever seek help or support since she sees it as a sign of weakness.

Powers: Paradox has the ability to create portals to any dimension, any place, and any time. As well, she can create small illusions in a small area about 5 by 5 meters around her.

Origin: Elena was raised by the Landau, Luckman, Lake and LeQuare corporation; an interdimensional organization which poses as an investment firm. Living in the Fleshwerks, the company's laboratory for experimentation on mutants, Elena led an early life of rigorous training in academics, combat skills, and her powers controlled by a specially designed inhibitor collar to force her to return to the company. This was too prepare her for the Vice-President position it was expected she would eventually be given. Her true parentage is unknown, but it is rumored that she was created by the Fleshwerks' genetic engineers.

This all ended when the imprisoned Elena escaped at the age of fifteen. Relentlessly pursued by LLL's expediters as she traveled through space and time across the dimensions, Elena rarely was able to stay in one place for more than a few days before she was tracked down by the expiditers. Currently, she has joined Gen-X only because they found her after she was accidently shot by one of the expiditers sent to capture her and making several dimensional jumps. After this she is still too weak to teleport across dimensions, time travel, or leave Earth making her decide that she might as well stay at the school.

Notes: Elena is an albino, and dislikes venturing into the sun as she burns quite easily and was never exposed to it before she escaped LLL.

Personality: Withdrawn, but eager to please. He has trouble with English, and this has a tendency to alienate him from the others. Not getting their jokes tends to make him the Butt of them, at times. When his Powers first made themselves Known, it was hard on him. He wasn't even sure it was him doing it. Having realized that he was responsible for the deaths of his family, has left him, to say the least, scarred. Now, with his new family, he wishes not to repeat the disaster.

Powers: Kinetic-Force Generation. Due to an Odd Coiling in his DNA, he is capable of transforming Electro-Chemical Energy into Kinetic Force. This should, in the eyes of his instructor, allow for Blasting Power, Superior Shields to say, Ice-man or Banshee, an well as Flight, and Atomic Charge Supression. He is currently on a diet of Neuro-Transmitter Supressants, until his powers can be trained and focused.

Origin: Raised in Central East India, he was the son of a poor tourist guide. Being the youngest of 5, he was pretty much left to fend for himself, until one day, shortly after his 12th birthday. Disappointment was too much to bear, for the under sized boy, as the day had come and gone, with no recognition. In what can only be called a tantrum, he burst out with a great deal of yelling and Foot stamping. The resulting Earth-Quake is still on the Record books, later, Maharatra, India. Sept 30th, 1993, Measuring 6.4 on the Richter Scale. To this day, he carries the weight of 17,000 dead on his shoulders.

Notes: Due to his Supressed Personality, and the emotional Scarring from his actions, He is prone to outbusts, with some devastating results. Depressants have been perscribed, but he sometimes fails to adhere to his medical orders. EXTREME caution is advised!

Cooper has yet to join a team but would like to join X-Factor to be with her sister more often if possible even though they fight often.
