From the West on U.S.82, turn right at the intersection of U.S.82 & S.H. 19 and U.S.82B
Continue South on US82B until Stadium Drive intersects US82B at a double set of railroad signals (one on US82B and the other on Stadium Drive to the left).
Turn left onto Stadium Drive and continue about 1/2 block.
Hall is on left.
From the North on US79, turn right at intersection US82.
Proceed West to the juction of US82B and SH19,
turn left and proceed to Stadium Drive.
Turn left and drive 1/2 block.
The Hall is the brick building on the left.
