Why the change? well, why not. :)
Most reasons for the layout changes are from sheer boredom,
if it isn't my attention span to the "current" layout becoming dull & void. So the layout to my site is always and i mean always changing. Another reason though is practice. The more graphics i make, the better i get. And i hope my site becomes better and easily accesible each time i recreate it. One reason for that happening is because every time i go on the net i find out something useful that i never knew before to help my page
and not have to use the same old textures or filters I used before...
