The Martian Police Department
          The Martian Police department is where Ross and Armitage worked until
          episode 3,
          in terms of plot it is a collection of minor characters who basically help
          the plot along until it is strong enough to continue without out them.
          Of these characters, only two are worth mentioning, Larry Randolf,
          the Lieutenant and Eddie Burrows, a police hacker.
          Actually very little is known about these characters,
          just their position in the story.
          But it should still be noted that the Martian Police department
          is very important as the plot develops.
