AS IT KEEPS ALL FALLING DOWN
Nothing left inside to
lose,
Heartbreak rendered on a sheet of grey.
As it keeps all falling down,
Like fleeting snow on a Winter's Day.
Spend your nights in coloured
dreams,
Drain to black with opened eyes.
Reality brings the hardest lesson,
Lost forever in bitter-told lies.
Memories flood your broken
mind.
Walls let nothing fade away.
You say conversations easy when
There's nothing left to say.
Line the world with your
affliction,
Superficial complaints, never made whole.
Wash away with pain and reason,
The flaking dandruff in your soul.
Vacuity does not exist,
An inability to comprehend,
The forces faced between the times
Of seeing, leaving, and seeing again.
