Arkansas State Route 158 is showen in several ares on the 2003 Arkansas State Highway Map from the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department. Portions run along the Poinsett/Craighead County Line, southwest of Jonesboro. This highway appears again near the southeast side of Metro-Jonesboro. Finally, AR St Rt 158 runs from Craighead County into Mississippi County near Milligan Ridge.
