Arkansas State Route 384 runs in two sections in Jackson County. The first section is the longest and forms a "by-pass" at a portion of Metro-Newport. It runs between Arkansas State Route 367, in Newport, and Arkansas State Route 18, east of Newport. The other section is a short route from Arkansas State Route 14/37, to just south of Balch.
