Arkansas State Route 243 is a north-south highway in Lee and Phillips County. This runs from Arkansas State Route 1 to U.S. Rt. 79, near Marianna. Then from Arkansas State Route 1, near Scott Valley, to Rondo. Then from Arkansas State Route 121, near Aubrey, to Marvell.
