 Nicknames: Soph Birthdate: January 5th, 1999 Level: 8 Hometown: New York, New York Height: 4'2 Biography: Sophia was born in Manhattan, New York on January 5th, 1999 to Oliver and Genevieve Foret, the first of their three children. Her mom was a gymnast and after completing her career at The College of William & Mary began coaching. Genevieve caoched a lot while Sophia was younger so Sophia was constantly exposed to the sport. Sophia played in the gym all the time as a small child and began formally taking classes at the age of 5. Sophia started training with the pre-team group when she was 6 but didn't want to compete just yet. Sophia trained with the level 5 team when she turned 7 and when her mom opened Artistic in 2007 Sophia began training with their level 5 team as an 8 year old. After several years of working level 5, Sophia has decided to start competing. Sophia has 2 younger siblings, a brother, Nicholas who is 7 and a sister, Audrey who is 4.
