frequently introduced to his audiences as "The ubiquitous" Shay Tochner, he is the ideal accompanyist on guitar for any singer in any style. A long time member of The Taverners, now appearing regularly with Jonathan Miller & The Grinders, Shay excells at telling bad jokes and translating the most banal and the most poignant songs into Hebrew. Also a very fine solo guitarist, he accompanied Tom Paxton at his performance at The Jacob's Ladder Festival a few years back.
