Villa Imogiri Estate Three Villas/Six Guests - Minimum Booking Three Days Rates are inclusive of full American breakfasts and transfers from and to Denpasar International Airport. High Season USD 3,000. per day Special Internet Offer USD 2,500. per day High Season Dates January 1st - 31st, April 12th - 22nd July 1st - August 31st, December 15th - 31st Low Season USD 2,750. per day Special Internet Offer USD 2,300. per day Low Season Dates All dates other than outlined above Terms and Conditions All offers, rates and taxes are subject to change without notice. Reservations Tentative reservations are held for a maximum period of seven days with confirmation of the reservation occurring upon the clearance of the deposit payment. Payment A deposit of 35% of the gross invoiced amount is required at the time of the reservation with the balance payable at least 60 days prior to the guest's arrival date. Final confirmation of the reservation occurs immediately the full payment has been cleared. Payment Method Payments can be made by telegraphic transfer or by major credit cards which attract a 3% commission surcharge. For the protection of our clients, invoice and credit card details are exchanged through facsimile transmissions. Policy A cancellation fee of 15% of the total invoice value is incurred from the first day after reservation has been confirmed until 90 days prior to the beginning of the reservation period. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice value is incurred from the 89th day to the day prior to the beginning of the reservation period. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total invoice value is incurred from the 59th day to the day of the beginning of the reservation period. If a cancellation occurs, Villa Imogiri will endeavor to re-schedule your booking, subject to availability. |
