Most indicated tariffs are valid of the 01.April 2001 up to the 31.March 2002.

PACKAGE-TOURRATES INCLUDING

Prices are calculated for 1 person on the basisfor two persons are divide double-room and include:

all transports (except Airtickets) and excursion trips with AC-Coach and Minibus.
Meals are itemized in the Tourprogramme
First class hotel lodging at each place
Porterfee for 1 piece of luggage per person
Services of licensed Tourmanager and competent driver
Pickup-Service from larger hotels

HOTELRATES

All indicated Hotelrates are calculated in US-Dollar and including tax and service fee.

Because of the possibility through changes of tax height through government politics,

BALIVAYATRAVEL.COM, reserves itself the right to adapt taxes without prior notice.

However we strive to inform our Clients in the trap of such changes as quick as possible.

THREEFOLD OCCUPANCY

In most hotels, threefold occupancy means a double bed with an additional bed or two double beds with or

without additional bed. Threefold rooms are to be equated with one or two adults and Child.

Three adults find this offer often not desirable and will take therefrom interval.

ROOMRESERVATIONS IN ADVANCE OR AFTER THE TOUR

Roomoccupancy before and after tours (incl. Transfer) are available on inquiry and are calculated extra.

Please contact us therefor as early as possible.

BOOKING, CONFIRMATION AND TRAVELVOUCHERS

Please direct all your specific wishes already with the entry to our agency.

Reconfirmation's result as a rule per Fax or e-mail. If possible, please avoid any inquiries by Phone.

PAYMENT FORMALITIES

Every Booking needs a Prepayment made to on of our Bank accounts by Moneytransfer to BALIVAYATRAVEL.COM

Errors or Delays in Payment are resulting in Cancellation of Bookings.

Except special Arrangements have been made in Advance.

Payment have to be settled two weeks in Advance of Tourstart or any other Service.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

BALIVAYATRAVEL.COM is not asking for cancellation fee, however hotel, restaurants

and others does, depend on certain circumstances as well as 'no show' or late cancellation.

Should this happen this fees would be requested.

Cancellation without fees must follow at least 1 month before arrival of groups and at least 2 weeks before

individuals.

No refund for parts of the Tourprograms like meal vouchers, no show for examination trips or not using of

booked hotel rooms.

RESPONSIBILITY

BALIVAYATRAVEL.COM acts only as an agency for hotels, airlines transport companies

and other service companies. BALIVAYATRAVEL.COM can therefore not be held responsible for losses,

damages and delays which are outside of our influenced area. BALIVAYATRAVEL.COM retains itself moreover

the right to change its programs without prior notice, if this is in our estimation.
