NUSA TENGGARA: The Southeastern Islands are named for the islands east of Bali as written in the modern Indonesian state, they are the Lesser Sundas, at least partially because they are smaller than the Greater Sundas - Sumatra, Java and Borneo. LOMBOK : Now already becoming new "IN" Destination after Bali. The natives of Lombok , the Sasak with their traditional houses and hand weaving make the culture different than Bali. Their beautiful beaches are Lombok's main tourist retreat. The 'Gilis' meaning small island for the Sasak word with their white sandy beaches is the best place for snorkeling and diving. In the center of Lombok is Mount Rinjani with its hot springs and active volcano popular to mountain climbers. |

L 1110: Sasak Traditional Tour (Fulldaytour, daily, incl. Lunch) The tour will take you rather far to the southern of Cakranegara to visit Sukarara, a village for traditional weaving cloth, then to Penuja, where you can find clay pottery with simple and primitive style. Proceed to Sengkol and Rambitan, the native Sasak village with its traditional hyperbolic-shaped huts, where the villagers still wear their traditional black costumes. You will also visit Tanjung Aan, the most beautiful part of Kuta Beach. Then proceed to the traditional local market as well as the bird market where you can find many kind of local birds. Continue to Narmada, a garden with sacred spring called Tirta Amerta or Water of Eternity. Also visit Lingsar, a place where the Balinese and Sasak specially those who adore to the so called Islam Wektu Telu living together. L 1130: Serenity Waterfall (Fulldaytour, daily, incl. Lunchbox) Discover the unspoiled hinterland of Bumi Gora, among the interesting places is the Banana market of Lendang Bajur, then the tour will proceed to Pusuk Pass, where you can see the wild friendly buddy of the Grey monkeys. A short visit is included in the Segentar Village, an interesting kampoong belong to the unique clan of mountain people, where bathing is considered to be against the local law. The highlight of your tour is the Sendang Gile- Waterfall. L 1140: Natural Aquarium Tour (Fulldaytour, daily, incl. Lunchbox) Cruising by an outrigger boat through the beautiful north west coast of Lombok and to visit the three small islands: Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno and Gili Air, with their sparkling coral sand beaches and the beautiful marine gardens off shore.
