Day 01: Arrival in Jayapura

Upon arrival at Sentani Airport Jayapura you will be welcomed by our guide for transfer to hotel. The remaining day is free. (D)

Day 02: Jayapura - Wamena - Jiwika - Wamena

Early morning transfer to airport for approximately one hour flight to the interior of Irian Jaya and the town of Wamena. Arrive Wamena Airport, check in to simple hotel accomodation. Afterwards drive by car to visit a salt mine where Dani women make salt in a primitive way, meet the villagers and be introduced to the 250 years old mummy, Kontilola stone cave, and local market of Dani tribesmen to explore their culture, dress, houses and appreciate their curiosity about you. Day 03: Wamena - Aikima - Suroba - Wesaput - Wamena

Drive to Aikima where the trip will be continued by walking to Suroba. Experience the turning back of the clock by centuries. Back to hotel for lunch, then proceed to the Sinatma hanging bridge, Dani tribe's museum at Wesaput and surrounding. Return to the hotel in the afternoon. (B,L,D)

Day 04: Wamena - Jayapura

Transfer to airport for flight to Jayapura. Arriving in Jayapura - formerly Hollandia, Jayapura still is evidence for much of the importance of this city during World War II. A city sightseeing is arranged to visit McArthur Memorial, crocodile farm, as well as the remnant of theWorld War II, Hamadi beach and Hamadi market. After lunch proceed to Dock IX fishing houses then go to have some leisure time or swim at Base G beach.

Day 05: Departure from Jayapura

Morning free at leisure until it's time for transfer to airport for your onward flight. (B)

Day 01: Jayapura - Wamena

Morning pick up at hotel, transfer to Sentani Airport for flight to Wamena. Upon arrival at Wamena Airport, you will be met by our guide and transfer to your hotel. Before lunch, a short visit to Nayak market, a local market, and lunch will be provided at local restaurant. Then continue to visit museum and Onto Sumpaima village to see the old mummy. Afternoon return to the hotel for dinner and stay overnight. (L,D)

Day 02: Wamena -Agats

Morning transfer to air strip for flight to Agats by missionary flight. Arrival at the air strip at Ewer village and

transfer by motorized canoe to Agats and check in to the Losmen (local inn). This afternoon explore Agats, visit the Asmat museum and Syuru village. (B,L,D)

Day 03: Agats - Owus

After breakfast we depart by motorized canoe up the Bandy River to visit the village of Per. Continue up the bow river for a traditional welcome of the village of Owus where we overnight in local house. (B,L,D)

Day 04: Owus - Beriten

Continue for short trip to Briten where we enjoy the traditional dance by the villagers.

Overnight at local house. (B,L,D)

Day 05: Beriten - Amandesep

Continue up the forestry river to explore the traditional village of Amandesep.

Dinner and stay overnight at local house. (B,L,D)

Day 06: Amandesp - Agats

Today return to Agats for dinner and stay overnight. (B,L,D)

Day 07: Agats - Ewer - Sentani or Jayapura

Early morning transfer to the Ewer air strip for a charter flight back to Jayapura, from there onwards (B)
