This Is the overviey what basicly you need to build

Step-by-step Tutorial

1. buy a community lot
2. build the ground floor . It is great to decorate it with theme items and don't dorget tv's and connecting sofa's.
3.Place a desk (this will looks like doctor's desk), and two expensive sofa. one on each side of the desk. We'rw are using the expensive one because customer will autonomously sit on the chair and they will chat with the doctor
4.you might also like to place toilets and showers on the ground floor.
5. For Cantees. you must use Pay Buffet or else you will not gain any profits from it
6. Build First Floor, and then build a ward. don't forget toilets and shower's.
7. Add toilets and shower
8. And lastly place electronic things (tv .etc..)

Expanding Business

-you can place a buffet tabe and/or swimming pool if you like
-opening a restaurant together with hotels are good but make sure your rank is more than 5 or it will not make any profits
-If not, you can serve meal and let customer eat the food..
-make sure you provide basic things (foods,fun,confort)
-if your customer like your place enough, they will sleep at your lot if you have "Customer Sleep on Lot" hack
