This course is designed to present to the participants one variation of balloon arts and craft course, making of balloon cluster, rosette and topiary for both indoor and outdoor decorations.

The course teaches the participants major factors to consider in creating balloon cluster, rosette and topiary, as well as the procedures and techniques, safety consideration, business advice on pricing and ROI analysis are also part of the lecture.

For the hands-on demonstration, the course involves the participants in the actual creation of various clusters, rosette and topiary balloon decors.
