PHP Foundation in Asia

To promote the philosophy of "People Helping People" and contribute to the country's socioeconomic, educational, moral and cultural development through various programs and projects;
To explore, develop and provide additional opportunities for income generation, employment and livelihood; and to conduct the necessary skills improvement and manpower development training;
To fund and/or undertake research and development programs for the advancement of local industries, especially in the countryside, with the emphasis on technology transfer;
To seek the assistance of any government or private entity, whether local or foreign, to support the various projects of the foundation;
To borrow, receive grants and raise money necessary to meet the financial needs of the foundation;
To develop and carry out a program of social and welfare services directed at the victims of natural calamities and other disasters, with dual emphasis on immediate response as well as long term rehabilitation to further complement existing efforts and delivery systems;
To do or perform any other acts and things, and exercise any other power which may be necessary, convenient and appropriate to accomplish the purposes for which the foundation is organized.
