The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride March 2002 is the culminating activity for June -- the Filipino LGBT community’s official Pride Month. It is an annual event that shows pride and beauty in diversity. Every year, lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgenders and other organizations and individuals gather at the heart of Malate, Manila to promote positive LGBT visibility. It is a colorful affair of sounds and sights that has for this year’s theme: "Halo-halo, Pare-pareho, Pantay-pantay."
