the site was a sloping terrain and the existing driveway was retained. the facade features full height timber windows and corner windows taking advantage of the elevated view. living room was surrounded by a reflecting pond that stretches near the dining area, and above the semi-underground garage is a private court with lush greens that opens out from the terrace above.
