Hi! I'm Andrew, as you've probably already guessed. I'm a typical eighteen year old, except I'm gay. I've known for at least two years and I came out to all my friends within the last year. Other than that I'm pretty much normal. I'm an honors student at school, I like swimming, listening to music, and traveling. Most importantly, I love listening. I love taking people's problems and analyzing them and coming up with an answer that makes them happy. I guess I'm just a natural adivsor!
I decided to start Ask Andrew because I really needed advice when I was going through that painful self-discovery period. I (probably like everyone else) denied it for along time thinking homosexuality was "wrong" or a "choice". So I decided to help other gay, lesbian, and bisexual teens out by giving out advice. If you need advice or want to ask a question, then simply fill out the form and I'll reply to it. If you'd rather look through some resources to find other answers, you'll find lots of books and websites in Resources. If you still can't solve a problem you've got, feel free to email me. It will be completely confidential and will not get posted on the website unless you specifically ask me to.
