At any rate, I got to thinking about, positively speaking, what Amill does mean. I came up with these below. By calling them pillars - and maybe you would disagree - I don't mean to infer that they are not interconnected. But it's a start.
Elevated view of God: God is sovereign and His actions and purposes on Earth reflect that.
Unified Word of God: The Old and New Testament are part of a unified whole. Much of the Old Testament, since I became Amill - and especially, Reformed - has suddenly taken on much greater applicational richness. A lot of the "That was back then" and "That's way in the future" verses have now become wonderful spiritual life-giving manna for me in the gritty here-an-now.
Unified people of God: There is only one people of God. The heritage of the saints is traceable even in the OT. Connected to this pillar, is a doing away with of any separate plan for Jews in some imagined future period. God does not rebuild walls that came down through the death of Christ (Eph. 2:12ff).
