December 1, 1694 Richard bought for 1900 pounds tobacco, 70 acres south side James River, adjoining James Akin and Martin Elam.
In 1705, Richard was on Rent Roll of "All Lands Held of Maj'tie in Henrico County" with 70 acres.
Five of Richard's six sons were found in Henrico County Sheriff's Account book for people living south of the James River in 1736.Page 26

3 Feb 1656/57 - Chase City County, VA - Walthan Taylor v Daniel Nunnaly for certain clothes according to custom for her service, plus 140 lbs of tobacco for her corn to bew paid "at the arrival of ships."
5 Feb 1665/66 - Chase City County, VA - Deposition of Daniel Malone age 22, Walthan Taylor, late servant to Daniel Nunnally spoke to deponant about 2 or 3 times and on 20 Dec 1665, to draw conditions between her and Daniel Nunnally ...she answered she had sold some of her corn to her said master and "further sayeth not".
30 Oct. 1686 Patent - Mr. Robert Bowling and Mr. Nanniell Nonaley, 347a, Charles City County, Bristol Parish on South Side of Appamatox River adjacent to Mr. Robert Bowlin's land.
April 1687 - Henrico County VA - Bessie, a negro girl sold by Mr. Richard Kennon and Daniel Nunnery is brought before the court and judged to be 10 years old.
4 Feb 1689/90 - Charles City County, VA - Joint administration granted to Walter Nunnally, Richard Nunnally and John Bowman, who married the widow of Daniel Nunnally.
23 Oct. 1690 - Charles City County, VA - The 347 acres granted to Daniel Nunnally and Robert Bolling is deserted and granted to Captain Roger Jones.
1693 - Deed - John Bowman of Roxdale in Henrico County and wife Elizabeth (x), late widow of Daniel Nunnally of Charles City County (said Daniel left the plantation in Charles City called Bull Hill to his wife), Walter Nunnally, son of Daniel for 122 lbs. tobacco, Bull Hill, Witness: Thomas Sisson and Nicholas Dison, dated 20 Apr - 1 Mar 1707.
Henrico County, VA Deeds 1706 - 1737, p. 83 - John Bowman of Roxsdale in Henrico County, VA and Elizabeth, my wife, late widow and relict of Daniel Nunnelly of Charles City County, VA.; said Nunnelly, by his will, bequeathed to his wife, plantation called Bull Hill in Charles City County.
