Strawberry Soup
Ingredients:

400 g       Strawberry
6-8 pcs    Clove
1 sm pc   Cinnamon Stick
½ cup      Milk
½ cup      Cream
4 tbs        Flour
½ cup      Red Vine
1 pc         Lemon’s Juice
200 g       Sugar
Directions:

1. Clean and slice the strawberries.   

2. Add cloves and cinnamon stick to a cup of water in a pot and boil it.  Strain and save the liquid.

3. With a whisk or fork mix well the milk, cream and flour together. 

4. Bring to boil 4 cups of water with the saved liquid and the strawberries.  Stir in the milk, cream and flour mixture. Keep it boiling on very low heat stirring frequently for about 5 minutes.

5. Add the red vine, lemon juice and sugar. Bring it to boil one last time.

6. Once the soup cooled down, chill it in the fridge for few hours.  This soup is served best ice cold.
