Fisherman's Soup
Ingredients:

2 lbs Fresh Fish (sliced)
1 large Onion (chopped)
1 Large Tomato (sliced)
2 tsp Paprika
6 cups Water
1 pinch Chili Pepper (if desired)
Salt and Pepper
Preparation:

Place the sliced fish in the bottom of a deep pot. Sprinkle with a large, finely chopped onion, add  paprika, tomato, chili pepper and cold water.  Boil for 15 minutes uncovered and without stiring. Cook on medium heat until fish is tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rings of green pepper and accompanied by pasta cooked in a separate dish.
