Picture Perfect

I'm looking at the picture on the wall
Of a girl in a yellow dress
And red flowers in her hand
Someone had painted a little basket
By her small black shoes
She has deep blue eyes
And whoever the artist was
Had managed to capture the realism
I'm looking at the picture on the wall
Of a girl in a yellow dress
And red flowers in her hand
And goodness, she seems darn real
Don't you see the petals tremble slightly?
Or her eyes shining with reflection
Can't you see there's something in her eyes
Something rectangular?
Something.... like a painting?
A painting of modern-day person..
Then suddenly the girl blinks and turns away.
She takes her basket and red flowers.
And I find I can't move..
