Where's "Goals of an ideal social control system"? URL shows up *not found* when I try to access -- oh, no!

And then, a little later...

     Sorry for all the e-mail -- I should be better organized...but the URL for your, well, your partner's pictures doesn't work either.
     I've printed out the 3 pages under "Critique of western social control systems" (or whatever) to read at leisure.
