Hike to the Breitachsklamm

Before our big hike for the day, students ate breakfast together in the dining room of the youth hostel. They had to set the table, serve the food and even clean up the tables after the meal! Even on a cloudy day, the Alps are one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Marlo, Jeanette, Carrie and Alison couldn't believe how gorgeous the scenery was.
The "Breitachsklamm" is a huge gorge where a man-made trail precariously clings to the wall of the canyon. The canyon is over a hundred feet high with alpine water raging in the gorge below. Very spectacular! The end of the hike brought us to the German-Austrian border. Here, we take a picture right on the dotted line.
