The Library

The library is in the second building on the second floor. HUE has a fairly good selection of books. You can also read books from other university. If you don't speak Japanese, one of the librarians, Ms. Kurihara, can speak English. She is not working everyday though.

Internet Room

The internet room is in the second bulding on the third floor on room 234. There are 20 computers connected to the internet. First you must get a password, ask the Computer Center on the second floor. The access is speed is rather slow, but it is OK for most purposes. Also ftp access is blocked. You will not get your own e-mail address from the university but you can use any of these free, web based e-mail: Rocketmail, Hotmail, Mailexcite, Netaddress, or Mailcity(beta).
