Woman comes along... Looks at him strangely.
W: Is something wrong?
M: Yes. Yes there is.
W: Could I help you?
M: I don't think so.
W: What are you looking for? Contact lenses?
M: My heart.
W: Your heart?
M: Yes, that's right, my heart.
W: Well, when did you lose it?
M: A few years back.
W: Oh? Well, how come you're looking for it now?
M: Because I miss it now.
W: Oh, I see. Well, here, let me help.
(Both man and woman start looking around. Combing ground with their hands. After a few minutes of silence and searching, the woman speaks up.)
W: What makes you think you've lost it here?
M: Well, to be honest, I'm not sure... I know I didn't lose it here, but for some reason, I thought I'd find it at this spot. Don't know why, just some kind of intuition thing, I guess.
W: (as if intrigued by what he just said)Interesting...
M: So, what are you doing here?
W: To be honest? I don't really know.
M: Oh.
(More silent searching for a while)
M: So what do you do for a living?
W: To be honest? I don't really know.
M: What do you mean?
W: I mean, (get's up from kneeling and searching...) well, (put's hand in back pocket) I don't know what I mean. I guess I'm a little confused right now.
M: How so?
W: Well, I buried my past yesterday, and now, it seems as if all my memories are gone too.
M: Hmm... Looks like you need to start fresh, huh? (Man gets up, and looks woman in the eyes)
W: I guess... Maybe you do, too. (Moves a little closer to the man, staring intently in his eyes...)
M: Could be...
(Both of them get closer and closer. Grab each others hands, appearing as if they are going to kiss, then both stop)
M: Well, good-bye.
W: Yep, good-bye.
(Both walk away as if nothing at all had happened)
