     We started the design and development of our Homepage in the middle of January 1997. Due to time constraint as well as limited resources, we had to work extra hard under great pressure. It was indeed a great challenge for none of us had the slightest experience in creating any homepage. However with much encouragement and support, we were determined to break our way through whatever obstacles which might lie ahead. And, FINALLY, we are proud to say
