Going to Half-Staff
President Bush has ordered all flags at U.S. government buildings, embassies and naval ships lowered to and kept at half-staff for a week to remember the victims of yesterday's attack at Virginia Tech. I find myself surprisingly moved by this gesture. (link to proclamation)
