A Spaghetti Dinner
with all the Trimmings
will be cooked by "TheTopThree" for all District 3 Toastmasters who sponsored
5 New Members between July 1, and November 30, 1996.

"The"TopThree" offered this dinner idea as an incentive, a way to encourage
the sponsoring of more new members.

When word got around that there was some concern regarding the "Italian cooking qualifications of "TheTopThree," past District Governor Mike DiCerbo, DTM, stepped in and offered to provide them with quality training---by an expert---himself. It was done. On October 12, "TheTopThree" were trained.

Qualifying Toastmasters can look forward to an enjoyable Spaghetti dinner (with all the trimmings---salad, garlic bread, beer and wine) prepared by "TheTopThree" under the supervision of chef DiCerbo---who has allowed use of his acclaimed spaghetti recipe.

Toastmasters achieving the 5 New Members minimum or more will be notified after the November
District Progress Report (DPR) is received (the week following December 15).

Mike DiCerbo demonstrates how spaghetti is properly prepared. Mike, Blenda,
and Nancy celebrate "TheTopThree's" successful completion of the DiCerbo Spaghetti School.

Past District 3 Governor, Lee Wagner, DTM, stands with another District Governor as she accepts a Top Five Presidents Distinguished Club Award for Swift Trails at the 1996 International Convention.
District Governor Terri Sparks, DTM, on stage after receiving the Excellence in Marketing and the Excellence in Education and Training Award. She is the first District 3 officer to be recognized with both International awards.

Area Governor Win Poundstone holds the bumper sticker she received at the October Executive meeting. It reads: For ("Fear" crossed out) Love of Public Speaking.
